Shout Out Meaghan

Meaghan Bodrie, is a Tucson-based case aide that does very well on the job. She is extremely detailed in her visit reports and is very quick about follow-up of any sort. In the last 2 months, she spent at least one month traveling out-of-town once a week from our Tucson office to satisfy a court order in this case which directs that one visit a week should occur in this community. Between the travel time, the transportation for the kids to and from the visit site/daycare, and supervising the visit, Meaghan easily spent 6 hours a day doing this one task to assist me on my caseload. She never complained about it, could have asked to alternate with another case aide but didn't, and I usually had a physical copy of the visit report on my desk within 48 hours of the visit date. Being that this case is one of my hardest cases of all time, her diligence and pursuit of excellence in this task has really helped make my life easier as a Casework Manager. Despite being somewhat new to this field, she has done a superb job and most case aides would do well in taking direction from her in regard to how they should be performing their job. – by Antionette Kern
