Shout Out Mike Valles

Kerri Gilbertson sends in a Shout Out to Mike Valles, who is great at working with youths in the Young Adult Program.

I would like to send a shout out to Mike Valles, supervisor with the Young Adult Program.  He is assigned to our office to attend Team Decision Making Meetings for youth whom we are considering for an Independent Living case plan.  Mike is always willing and able to attend the meetings by phone, even if he did not receive prior notice.  He is helpful and understanding with the youth and everyone at the table.  He explains the program and always displays warmth as well as professionalism when interacting with the team.  Thank you, Mike.  You are appreciated.
