Shout Out Second Home

Dolores Padilla sends in a terrific Shout Out to her "second home".

I want to thank the unit I have called my second home since 2014. I have had the privilege to serve my community with ease and commitment from my home state agency. This connection has afforded me the necessary tools needed to be successful in my job, except a laptop. I have had the pleasure of working with a group of determined gals who work hard and long hours, often without an "Atta Girl," to support their efforts. Throughout my time here, I have enjoyed the luxury of calling, texting, and emailing my coworkers when I have needed something. I have never had to ask twice, nor have I felt alone when needing to make a difficult decision. I have worked  with autonomy and feel blessed to be trusted in carrying out such an important mission as caring for our children and their families.
