Shout Out West Valley

Here’s a “typical” week of good things happening at a west valley DCS office:

• Dismissed dependency on 2 kids!
• Talked down a suicidal teenager!
• Attended a great conference "fathers matter."
• Helped to train new workers.
• Received an opportunity to promote up.
• Watched a couple of really cute kids (and changed one dirty diaper!).
• Helped support someone during a really rough time, and later learned they are 'sticking around' because of that support!
• Brandi R drove to "tim-buck-too" and saw a child on my report—helped so much!!!
• 15 child contacts in 1 day!!!
• 2 dependencies were transferred to ongoing!
• Tracked down a "lost' child in Washington. We know he is safe!
• Helped learn more about investigations and helped research cases!
