Are there state funds available after adoption?

Are all adopted children eligible for subsidy?

No. The subsidy is based on the child's individual needs. The DCS Adoption Subsidy Review Committee determines eligibility for each child.

What children are eligible for adoption subsidy?

Where do I apply for Adoption Subsidy?

Your assigned adoption worker will help you complete the adoption subsidy application. Once completed, it is submitted to the DCS Adoption Subsidy Review Committee to determine eligilibility.
