Behavioral Health Services
General behavioral health services include counseling, behavioral support coaching, education, psychiatric evaluation and medication. These services may be performed in the member’s home or at an agency’s office.
CMDP is committed to ensuring the availability of timely, quality health care for children in out-of-home placement and adopted children. Behavioral health service providers have appointment standards to ensure access to services are delivered in a timely fashion. Crisis Services:
If you or a loved one is facing a Behavioral Health Crisis, call the Crisis Line for your area. A crisis is any situation in which a person’s behaviors puts them at risk of hurting themselves or others and/or when they are not able to calm the situation without trained assistance. The Crisis Line can connect you to in-home supports within 2 hours in most areas of Arizona:

- Apache, Coconino, Gila, Mohave, Navajo and Yavapai Counties:

General Behavioral Health Services
General Behavioral Health services include counseling, behavioral support coaching, education about behavioral health, psychiatric evaluation and medication. These services can sometimes be provided in the home or at an agency’s office. For more information about how to start these services, and what Behavioral health Services providers are required to offer in the first 30 days of a child’s entry into out-of-home care through DCS, please review the below form.
