Whether there have been reports, or any current or past cases, of child abuse, abandonment or neglect involving the child and the current alleged abusive or neglectful parent, guardian or custodian: | CPS has conducted two investigations regarding Tajaa. The first report was received in August 2006 and included allegations of physical abuse of Tajaa by her mother. The allegations were unable to be substantiated. The second investigation involved two reports received a little over a week apart in August and September 2007. Both contained allegations of past physical abuse of Tajaa while living with her mother. At the time the abuse was reported, Tajaa was living with another relative. The allegations were unable to be substantiated. |
